     I have provided a link to their website so that you can register if you would like (when they ask for the name of the Realtor that is representing you, please give them my information).  Registering doesn't mean that you will have to purchase or that a deposit is required, it just means that you are registering your interest.  As a new home project goes through the presale phase, you may have an opportunity to sign a purchase and sale contract and to put down earnest money on a house that you intend to purchase when they are finished being built if you would like.  You may also have the opportunity to have special upgrades considered at that time.  After you have went through the presentation, but before you sign any contract, give me a call so that we can set up a time for us to meet with the on-site agent.  At that time I will explain portions of the contract to you that the on-site agent may have left out.  This is very important!  Please keep in mind that not many, but some on-site agents are dishonest.  High pressure tactics are the sign of a dishonest agent, so please beware.  Give me a call at (425) 260-2014 before you sign a Purchase and Sale contract and I will be happy to honestly assist you.  Thank you.
