I am pretty simple.  I was raised to be honest, truthful, hardworking, and to care about people.  It's a nice way to be raised.

     My parents taught me that good people, just like bad people, come in every size, color, culture, and religious persuasion.  They taught me that a strong love of service would keep me on a positive path.  And they taught me to enjoy serving others, because with any luck, I would be doing it for the rest of my life.  I had wonderful parents.

      I started working when I was six by selling newspapers, then Christmas Cards, and later on I was mowing lawns.  When I was eleven I started working in restaurants. First as a bus boy, then as a dishwasher, and finally as a cook.  I had my first company with employees, equipment, and a truck, when I was fifteen, before I was licensed to drive. 

     I was raised on a large alpine lake, where I enjoyed water and boating.  I am the current Captain of the Vaya Con Dios, a 37ft Irwin Sailboat that has been in my family for over 28 years, and has sailed over half the world.  My family are Life members of the Southwestern Yacht Club located in San Diego, California.

     I am the Designated Broker for Kohut and Kohut Real Estate, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner .  I have over 20 years of experience in technology and marketing.  And I believe working in Real Estate is a wonderful way to serve a diverse community.

     I have two children and three grand children.  I served in the Navy, my son served in the Air Force, and my daughter served in the Marines.  I try to remember that  I am far from perfect, which leaves me no time to try and point out others imperfections.  People seem to appreciate this trait.

     I graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Having worked in Accounting Management and Technology for many years, I have now worked in Real Estate for several years.  I am also educated in Kenpo, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Yoga, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Tennis, Guitar, Natural Horsemanship, the culinary arts, and marine recreation.  I have travelled throughout the world.

     I love travel, languages, and people.  I play tennis regularly, ride motorcycles with enthusiasm, love to sail, and enjoy hearing about all of the wonderful things that have happened to other people.
